The Emotional and Mental Bodies surround the outline of the Physical Body.  These layers are associated with thoughts, ideas, and belief structures.  Thoughtforms can linger in these layers when they become emotionally charged they become blockages, almost like small bubbles. Sometimes thoughtforms from other people can get caught in there as well.  These forms can create influence, causing emotional and behavioral patterns that affect our well-being, and most times we are completely unaware of them.

As we grow spiritually, we realize these are not our own thoughts and we can seek to change them.  Some of them have become habituated and are more difficult to remove.  Positive affirmations are a good way to start but in most cases, more help is needed.

As a result, etheric energy can be free to move throughout the aura more freely.  Stagnant energy is removed and the aura is filled with more Light.  Blockages that are removed which may translate to physical disease in the future. Health and vitality within the Physical Body are restored by working with the corresponding layers in the aura.
